CPNThe Type Alkali Pump is a single-stage single suction horizontal centrifugal pump developed by our company through the introduction of advanced foreign technology, and its performance meets the GB/T5656 standard.

CPNThe impeller of the alkaline pump is a semi open structure, which is not easy to block, has high efficiency, and generates negative pressure during operation. Equipped with double or single end seals, it can transport media containing solid particles that are prone to crystallization. This type of pump can withstand high temperatures of 150 ℃ and requires the addition of cooling water during use.

Yamei Pump Industry can use different materials to produce this pump according to the different media. Currently, materials such as SUS304, SUS316L, duplex steel 2507, CD4MCu, etc. are usually used to achieve the corresponding anti-corrosion and wear-resistant effects.

Application scope

Chlor alkali and soda ash industries;

Medicine, fertilizer, pesticide, coal chemical industry;

Petrochemical, chemical fiber, paper industry, dye industry, environmental engineering, and water treatment systems.

structural style

The pump is cast with legs on the pump body, which can withstand the load from the pipeline and directly transmit it to the foundation. This ensures that the pump rotor will not bend due to the load borne by the pump, thereby ensuring that the bearings and mechanical seals have excellent service life. During maintenance, there is no need to open the pipeline connected to the pump body. Simply open the bolts between the bracket and the pump body, and separate them to repair the impeller and mechanical seal Simple and convenient.

A、 The reasonable installation of the pump has a significant impact on its normal operation and service life. Therefore, careful calibration must be carried out before installation, and the appearance and installation dimensions of the pump are detailed in Figure 1 and Table 2.

B、 It is necessary to ensure that the pump does not exceed its allowable cavitation allowance during operation, and the suction height (or backflow height) of the pump must be determined based on the cavitation allowance characteristics of the pump, the resistance loss characteristics of the pipeline, and the suction liquid level pressure of high-temperature water.

When using the pump with suction condition F, a bottom valve must be installed on the suction pipeline, and a filling screw hole and valve must be set on the outlet pipeline for pump filling before starting.

When using a pump for backflow, valves and filters should be installed on the suction pipeline To prevent debris from entering. C、 The suction and discharge pipelines should have separate brackets and cannot be supported by pumps. D、 The location for installing the pump should be convenient for patrol inspection and maintenance. E、 Installation sequence

(a) Place the unit on a foundation with embedded anchor bolts, and place pairs of wedge pads between the base and the foundation for alignment.

(b) Place a level on the pump shaft or base respectively, and adjust the wedge pad After aligning the level of the unit, tighten the anchor bolts appropriately to prevent movement.

(e) Pour concrete into the base and anchor bolt holes.

(d) After the concrete is solidified, the anchor bolts should be tightened and the levelness of the pump shaft should be rechecked.

(e) After connecting the pipeline and jogging, determine the direction of motor rotation, and then check the concentricity of the shaft. The difference between the outer circle of the coupling should not exceed 0.1mm, and the gap between the two coupling end faces within the circumference should not exceed 3mm.

(f) Connect the cooling water pipe Install a pressure gauge and valve on the cooling water outlet pipeline, with the thicker inner hole being the inlet and the thinner inner hole being the outlet. ,
